Gunmen rob businessman and daughter |

CRYSTAL HARRISON, STAR Writer
Three gunmen posing as National Water Commission (NWC) workers held up and robbed a businessman and his daughter at gunpoint on Sunday afternoon. The incident reportedly took place on Leitrim Avenue in Vineyard Town. Police say that at about 1:30 p.m., three men identifying themselves as NWC workers went to a businessman's premises and robbed him and his daughter of $200,000 cash, cellular phone, laptop and an I-Pod. The Elletson Road police told THE STAR that they are investigating the incident. They said no arrest was made. |
